Heated Glasses

Heated glass is produced by embedding a concealed heating element between two glass panes. It is one of the key vehicle components, especially in cold and rainy climates.

Production is tailored to the heating values requested by the customer (for example, 4.5 W/dm²).

Before shipment, every product is tested for its heating value with a thermal imaging camera and an ammeter, and passes quality control.

Heated glass can be produced with or without a control box, depending on customer preference. The customer’s own control box can be fitted, or we can supply waterproof and dustproof control boxes in the following sizes:

• 52 × 50 × 35 mm
• 64 × 58 × 35 mm
• 68 × 64 × 35 mm
• 82 × 80 × 55 mm
