Painted Glass

Painted Glass

Painted glass has paint applied to its back surface to create an opaque, uniform coloured appearance.

Following the painting process, the glass is tempered, allowing the ceramic coating to permanently fuse with the glass surface. Painted glass is commonly used in facade and concealment panels, curtain wall systems, and interior decorative applications, where durability and long-term colour stability are required.

At CrystalForge, painted glass solutions are offered using the following technologies, selected according to project-specific architectural and functional requirements:

  • Silk-Screen Printing: Enables precise patterns and controlled paint application, ideal for spandrel panels and projects requiring design flexibility or partial coverage.
  • Roller Coating: Provides uniform paint thickness and consistent colour across large glass surfaces, making it suitable for full-coverage and high-volume applications.

Both techniques provide long-lasting colour performance and high durability after tempering. By offering screen printing and roller coating options, we deliver customized painted glass solutions that meet architectural, aesthetic, and functional requirements based on customer needs.

  • In addition, Sisecam Lacquered Glass can be used in interior applications. It is Sisecam’s decorative glass obtained by applying glossy paint on float glass only produced in certain RAL colors.

Crystalforge Glass Solutions is a Turkey-based company dedicated to delivering high-performance architectural and automotive glass solutions to international markets.
